| After reading a few posts, it looks like there are a few folks in the Washington DC area who may not know of the Maryland Helicopter Association. We started the club in 1990, and fly on a 17 acre field which our club rents from a local farmer.
Our field is located 15 minutes East of Route 50 and the DC Beltway in Davidsonville Maryland.
Each month in the summer we have one open house on the weekends. Free food and open flying , just bring your AMA cards.
On June 7-9 this year is the 12th annual MHA Fun Fly.
Our club motto "we hate to see you crash, but we hate to miss your crash", so if your feeling your oats make sure the camara is rolling.
