When the transmitter is shut off, THE SERVOS (ALL 4 ) continue to move.

That's normal but potentially dangerous. It's not a good idea to power your heli when the tx is off.
how do u un power it ? add a switch to cut the battery out

You just unplug the battery. A switch would add unnecessary weight and the added potential for reliability problems. You should always connect the battery to the heli after turning on the tx and disconnect the battery to the heli before turning off the tx. There should never be a need to power the heli while the tx is off.
sounds simple almost like the computer did not work because it was not plugged u-into thw wall

absolutely never turn off your tx before your rx. you must shut off the receiver by removing your battery or using a shut-off switch. your lucky the esc hasn't iniatized itself yet and got off on a tour of the sky on it own.
