I have one Bionic on 600mm Blades with a Hacker C5019XL with 8s4p Thunder Power Lipos with the Hacker 48-3p ESC and I have another one that has a Platti 300/30/A3 with Schulze 32/40 ESC on 10s4p Lipos with 660mm blades
You can run any motor that everyone is running on the Logo 20 as long as you are using 600mm blades

I have a 430er High Tourque in my Bionic (430/25 14W 10P) with a Schulze 32.40K. The motor makes 600 rpm / volt and has much power. I use a 15 teeth pinion at the moment with gives about 1750 RPM on the head. I will test a 17 teeth pinion the next days because the motor has no trouble with pulling 12 degrees of pitch. I am using 600mm BBT blades.

Yes, the same blades as on my Raptor. The white/black Thunder Tiger 600mm blades.

In Europe we have another thinking of power plants in e-helis. We like to use LKR motors that produces high power at low rpm. So the noise is very low when you are flying. At the moment my bionic is quite heavy with 24 GP3300 NiMH Cells and a seperate receiver akku. ( about 4100 gramm). But I think after buying Lipos und using a ubec system the heli will become a rocket...

LKR motors

I saw the website on them. Is it possible to purchase them? I don't have the equipment, time or expertise to build them myself, and doubt I would find the quality German enginnering around here...

Yes, you can order the ready assembled motors, there are two versions of the motor, a kit , or a ready to go...

Ensonic,

What kind of amp draw are you seeing?

I am toying with the idea of an LRK in a carbon framed Logo 10 with 600mm blades and 8S2P Li-poly

Thanks,

Dru

I have flight times of about 8:30 min with 3000mAH gp batterys.. I think there is a normal current of 15 Amps with peaks which i can't exactlly measure
