I was going to get a logo 10 but while waiting for LiPo batteries to get cheaper and safer, I'm starting to think the 14 would be better suited to hauling a video camera rig. The 14 seems to be the right size, and better weightlifting ability. What do you guys think? I was going to post this over in the "Remote video and photography" side, but it seems like those guys don't have much experience with electrics, especially Logo's.

He also sells Lipo batteries and has been very helpfull with advice on setting up my logo10 for video/photos.

Im unsure what a Logo14 is?, but I'm having to cut the weight on the Logo 10 to a bare minmum imcluding no canopy to get it to fly.

Careful...

The Logo 14 is basically a 30 sized helicopter.
Not much margin for error with a ship of that size with any added weight. Not to mention the wind blowing it around a bit more than a 60 sized machine.
Not that you will have to worry about autos much with an electric, but I would venture to say with 550's and an extra 2lbs it would pretty much come down like a brick.
You will have to be extremely good on the sticks if you have to auto it with some degree of control.
However that said the MiniDV systems out now are really small and wouldn't add a ton of weight so it may work.
