On my stylus with heli card 96813 it shows the postion of the throttle stick. I was curious if yours will only show 1 at low stick and 99 at high stick. I can get 0 and 100 but i have to pusht the stick with a little pressure.

Laughter is the only emotion you won't regret.

This is nothing to worry about and is the result of minor errors from the digitization of the stick position.

If it really truly bothers you, send it into Airtronics for service and ask that they re-calibrate the sticks. Honestly though, it doesn't affect anything you are doing.

or, you could try to do this yourself. The following is pasted from a much earlier post.

The follwing steps demonstrate how to calibrate the STYLUS transmitter.

1. Open the back of the case and battery cover on the back of the TX. You will see IC 10.
2. Set all sticks, trim pots, VR9, 10, 11, and 12 at center position (ie neutral)
3. Make sure the transmitter is switched off.
4. Use tweezers to short pin #9 to pin #10 of IC 10, then turn transmitter on.
5. Now look at the LCD panel display.
