CLEANINGI find the vaule brand oven cleaner works a whole lot better than the easy off cleaner and a lot cheaper.Really works well.The cheapest one at the dollar store works the best.

Does anyone know what works to coat the areas that you do not want the anodize removed, such as bearing seats? I see one person recommends bees wax, would heavy grease work?
