I was out playing around with my Fury the other day. It has always been very smooth at hovering speeds, 15-1600. I flipped it into idle up the first time and it started a very serious vibration. I'd guess the head speed was around 1800. It sounded almost like a flutter when it was running and the horizontal fin was a blur. The front left skid was steady however. I took the heli all apart and rebalanced everything but everything still checked out okay. The only thing I changed was the fan. It was running out about .0008 and I played with it some more and got it down to .0002 on the ID where the clutch ball runs. I've been told that .002 is close enough so I doubt that the .0008 was enough to cause a problem. It would go away by adjusting the throttle knob a little so I'm sure it's hitting a harmonic range.
any ideas?
Thanks,,, basmntdweller

Engine run

I had the same thing happen on my freya turns out i was running way to lean on the high end. It might be your engine setup. Everything on my machine seemed fine except the tail it kept shaking bad.
