Hi guys, can you use other engines other than the webra 91 or OS 91sxh in the 3dnt? something like the c-spec PS or a YS 91?

If you can get the reverse crank made for the engine, you can use any engine you like.

Or run the blades anti clockwise !!

you can use any engine if you are happy with left hand rotation...

Why don't you just fly it? get used to it as it is, It does'nt matter which engine you use, OS,YS,Webra, etc... they're all good motors in they're own right, if you choose to fly a 3DNT , fly the heli. not the engine.
Nuff said, I think.

Barry87, have you ever took in consideration the fact that I could already have one of these other engine or that I could get one at a very good price and so I'm not willing to pay extra money for a new one?
Is that that difficult?

worth mentioning that whatever you get it will need a heim style crank to fit the clutch..

No, its not that difficult, but modifying your other engines might be. I did'nt mean to sound patronising, although I have to admit that reading the last post I made does come across as such.No offense meant in any way, I merely thought it would be easier and cheaper to buy the motor intended for the 3DNT.
