Took these pics last week, not long before it is released as the canopy is almost ready.

Thank you...

Now I know what my next helicopter will be....

I`ve seen the "normal" 3DNT fly alot, because someone at my field has 2 of those and I really like it. But I never quite liked the canopy and the whole sleek look... This one seems exactly the same, but better looking!!!

Nice helicopter!!!

Cheers,

Rich

No problem, they would not let me take any pictures of the canopy until they have finished refining it, which should be next week. The pre-production canopy looked OK.

Hopefully will get a page together showing how ithe classic conversion goes together very soon.

It does like nice , dont know if its better looking than the NT but it is kinda growing on me ... I think the canopy might be the make or break though..

There are some other features on there that dont seem to be on the NT , have these been specially for the classic ??

Hi Darren

I think everything yuo see on the classic that is not on the original 3DNT has been specially designed for it.

My only concern about the classic is the really long arms from the bellcranks to the the swashplate.

Yeah , they are a "bit" bigger but only the same as most "normal" helis though..Think mine has to be the switch .. looks tiny !

I have seen the 140 CCPM conversion Russ has done to the swash , so there may be more to follow..

Are you able to let on , what sort of design the canopy is taking .. Like the Milli ????

The long rods are neccessitated by the increased height of the main mast...

Having watched Russ thrape the life out of his, it holds zero concern for me thats fer sure...

The tail belt roller looks interesting, hadnt noticed that before...

Think I would use tuff struts or QUK undercart rather than the millenium undercart personally...

The thing missing from the pics is the swashplate anti-rotation guide, even tho you can see the pin for it on the front swash ball...

Cant wait to order mine
