im sure all stock voyagers have slop in the feathering spindal. is there a way to fix it with out buying a whole assembly from quik .will the aluminum head block tighten it up using your old o rings? let me know thanks Ron

Yes, the KSJ head will tighten it up a bit. Another good modification that comes from Ron Osinski is to drill the spindle washers so that the washer ID is the same as the feathering spindle OD. The washers will fit over the spindle instead of butting against the spindle shoulder. This has the effect of putting a bit more tension on the rubber dampers and moves the grips a little bit closer to the head.

other solution, I add on both sides an extra washer which goes against the BB, then I tighten the nuts as I want...
