| It's not going to work.
A lot of games put a bit on the CD past the read write area and then have code check for that bit upon loading. There are also various other tricks in place to accomplish the same thing.
Create an ISO image on your HD and see if that will burn correctly. if not what are you using for software? I've had nero work where easycoastercreator won't.
Good luck, keep an eye on the number of disk you ruin, at some point it will simply get cheaper to go buy the game (keep track of your time too, unless you value yourself at 5cents an hour you are better off buying the game already)
