Starter?

I have the KSJ,but, it keeps slipping on the starter output shaft......I can't seem to get it tight enough. I believe it has slipped enough to ware down the diam. of the sleeve a bit.
I think I will get a spacer sleeve that is a bit thicker than the one that came with it and "glue "it to the shaft first, hopefully that will fix it.

I also have the KSJ cone adapter that I use for my Nexus, although I think I will change that to a hex as well and keep the cone for my planks. Other than that it's a great unit.

I liked my KSJ/dynatron combo until I started using it on my 60's. It would slip on the shaft. replaced the KSJ with the Pagae system and that is all I use now. In fact I sold the KSJ last weekend

I'm sure the KSJ one is a nice unit, but nothing beats "the blue one" that Rick's or Gr8lakesrc sells. It's around $30 and works on both the Sceadu and Freya with the dual tip. (It's VERY similar to the Hirobo one...., but half the cost)

I have the blue one too.......

Early on I had trouble keeping the "Blue One" in the rubber starter cone adapter, but I ended up buying a new insert and I haven't had any worries since then. Looks like I wore the dia. down using it on my Nexus cone, so it didn't fit good till I got the new rubber insert.

I got the hex adapter for the Nexus, so now the 6mm hex is all I use!
