I'm looking for information on the Futaba 9CHP pin outs on the trainer connector. or a cross reference from the old round connector to the new square one. Pin to Pin. Does anyone have this info or know where I can get it?

I wonder if it might have been a power surge the cooked off you Tx's. The G2 interface plug in to the paralell port between the printer and PC, and the manual specifically says not the have the printer on when using the Tx interface.

Just a stab in the dark.

That was just what I was looking for.... Do you or anyone else have the pin out data for an Futaba 8U? Once I have this I can then make a cable for my 9CHP.

8u pins

pin 2 - signal out
pin 3 - signal in
pin 6 - battery
pins 4 & 5 - connect them together if you want the tx to turn on when you plug the connector in....
Ground is on the outer metal connector shell
