Radio - Servo - Gyro - Gov - Batt > quick charge 8103 TX?

I recently acquired a Supernova S field charger and would like to know if it is OK to quick charge my 8103 battery inside the TX case or should it be removed? I have read all about the Futaba diode issue but haven't heard anything about JR radios. I am aware that the polarity of the JR radios is reversed from Futaba.

Thanks for any help

Not a problem.

MAKE SURE YOU GET THE CONNECTOR
POLARITY CORRECT.

JR is different from everyone else in that
on their Tx's, the outside of the barrel
connector is + and the inside is -

Just as Z said, there is no diode in the 8103, and the polarity is reverse of Airtronics and Futaba systems! However I have blown several fuses on the unit when tried to charge with 1.5A - 2A range. So since then I just remove the pack and charge it outside of the radio.......
