anyone out there flying one of those 4 bladed heads from century???
anyone with one on a 30 size bird?? i built a century hughes 500 for a friend a few years back and only hovered it around a few times. it did well with the blades it came with. they looked like regular blades. i usually see really thin cord blades on a multi blade head but i guess it works. i am in the process of getting one for a thirty and the folks at century say that all i gotta do for blades is get two sets of regular blades for a thirty and i am good to go. if anyone has tried this give me a holler. the four bladed head on my OH-58-D was home made and flies quite well with century 30 size blades....530mm.
