Does anyone have experience setting up a TX controlled mixture system? I was reading in the newest MHT about the Webra AMC05 active micture control unit and they mentioned that the 10X has an equivalent program. Is this done with a throttle->mixture servo multi-point mix? The AMC05 has a feature to raise the entire curve for environmental adjustments (once the low/mid/high are set). How would this be done with the 10X?

Can one add a remote controlled mixture arm and get 7point mixture settings via the 10X?

I don't have any mixture problems now, but the idea of being able to raise the whole mixture setting up and down is very appealing.

I use mixture control but through GV1. I wait for a JR 10SXII and I will connect the GV1 to a VR channel to be able to trim the mixture higher position.

BTW GV1 use a 9 point mixture curve. I setup my mixture curve to correct midrange leaning problem by opening some clicks the needle in the throttle midrange.

I have no experience in programming JR 10 to control mixture.

engine?

What engine is this on? If a stock carb isn't made for mixture control, how would one add this capability?

I forgot about the GV1 mixture system. I haven't used a GV1 in a while, and when I did, I overlooked the mixture system. I'll have to get the manual back out and take a look - it sounds like a very capable system.

Hover on,

Eventually, GV-1 keeps away the headache in case you have a specific problem with your engine. But for sure it doesn't correct your engine's operation. You have to tune up the engine and then to authorize GV-1 to deal with it, otherwise you will have many problems.

Actually, in my case, the mixture curve tunes up a little bit my engine operation in midrange. THis week my new JR10 will arrive and I will assign as I told you, a VR channel to trim the higher mixture setting through GV-1.
