As many of you are finding out the Bulletin has made its way into your hands. I am sure you have also noticed that there is going to be elections for some new officers. I think this is needed to create a new flow of energy for IRCHA. I will not talk down or say any bad towards the current officers many of which have held there positions a lot longer than they wanted just to keep things running. They should be commended for the work they have done. I think they are just wearing out as anyone would.

I know many of you were frustrated how things transpired this year but we can’t kick IRCHA to the side because of one bad year. If you have some bigger better ideas then by all means send Ron K. your bio and run for an office and help make a difference.

I will be running for Secretary in order to try to help do my part. If any one has questions or suggestion please feel free to send me an e-mail. Hope to see you at Toledo.

I will be looking you up at Toledo. I agree that some changes need to be made as last year was my first year as a IRCHA member I was somewhat disapointed with some of the things that transpired during the year. I won't go into detail here but until I have a chance to speak to you folks I am not interested in paying dues for this year until I see some guidance from somebody for the future of the organization.

I would simply be tickled pink just to get my renewal soon. Fun-flies are coming up and my 2003 membership will have run out and no way to sign up for a pilot station without a 2004 card in my hand. A number of e-mails to Ron and Dan have gone unanswered regarding renewal since late last year. It’s the little things that count the most to us sport flying pee-ons that want to fly too.

I am still waiting for my membership materials, but it hasnt been that long. The IRCHA website has had a few inconsisecies, but my understanding is that many of the officers have had tre' bizzarre personal circumstances. I hope 2004 will be an upturn. It is an important organization for us who participate in this "dangerous" rc heli hobby. Bill Shatz was very quick to respond and quite helpful this last year.
