| I bought a ship from them a few years ago and had problems with delivery and payment issues. Paid a little over 1000.00 for a blimp.
Ordered some extra things a few weeks later and had even worse service. Well I broke a gear on my rotation lever and ordered a new Carbon fiber lever and gear over a week ago. Called today to ask how it was sent and when it was sent. they told me that the invoice went to another desk and they messed up my Credit Card and they could not get it right so the part did not go out. So I asked them how long it would have been before they called me and they said "when we found the invoice again" Sounds like these people went to the HeliHobby customer service school. Please be aware of this company. Sorry had to vent
