Does anyone have an extra pair of R60 upper blade grips laying around. Maybe a crashed set of blades where the grips can be removed. I bought a crash kit and it came with four bottom blade grips.
So, obviously I can trade two bottoms for two tops if anybody is in the same situation as I.

Won't helihut exchange your blades? I saw your post on Ace's forum, I've made a few purchase's from Helihut and I'm just curious as to how they stand behind their product's since they don't import through Ace. I know that Ace has always taken care of any problems I've had of course I have not tried to contact them since the move. One more question, does ThunderTiger ship their blades unassembled now? Or is Helihut pulling out the TT blades and putting in their blades with the white covering in the kit's or crash kit's? Guess that was two questions.

I have not contacted Helihut yet. I had already installed the majority of parts from the crash kit by the time I realized the problem with the grips. I assume they would want the entire kit in exchange. I figured that it would be easier to find someone with some extras lying around, but that may not be the case.

The blades are the TT blades that usually come in the crash kits. Yes they are unassembled, which is probably contributing to the problem of mismatching the grips. My brother bought a crash kit for a 30 and found two bottom grips for the 30 and two bottom grips for a 60. (Unfortunately not the ones I need!).

To be blunt, that sucks! I use composites only on my R60 so I have the set that came with the kit and a set from a crash kit. send me your mailing info and I'll send you the grips.
