come up with their answers?

Jesus Christ.

This is a forum for help and discussions about helis?

Whats the matter with you people?

Cant you hear yourself?

You are being such bigots. You were young and unwise once.

Galifrey, your comments are very disenchanting.

I will NEVER ask you for help. You are like an old man who brings 23 items to a express lane and then complains when the cashier takes too long..

get a life.

I will lose a lot of sleep knowing you will not ask for my advice.. its a personal disaster for me...

As for your analogy, the first four letters describe your behaviour not mine...

I have done loads to help other people on this forum, and will continue to do so, but to be a part of this "community" each person should take personal ownership for their actions and this includes respecting the wealth of information that is already on the forum...

Why is it that I can take the time to do a search and post links to the answers they were looking for rather than them have the courtesy to try this first..

I get many PM's every week about how to solve certain problems, all of which have been answered many times in the forums... Firstly that shows they havent looked, secondly it shows lack of respect to the forum as no-one alse will benefit from the answer when I pm a reply and thirdly it shows they are too damn lazy to make the effort to try to solve THEIR problem with a little more effort...

Of course this is a massive generalisation, and in every case I answer the PM and also try to bump the useful post that would have helped them...

As for being a bigot...

I am far from this, and it is you that have met the description of that word with your last post...

Can I suggest you just chill and put your brain in gear before you put your fingers in motion...

I love this forum.

Can someone bring in the topics of guns, GW Bush, Iraq, The Dark Side and freedom of speech just to make it more interesting?

Seriously though, I like the idea of a FAQ section.

BTW how do I set up my 9CHP?

Hook, line & ...............

I was only joking about guns
Guns are great, can't wait to have my picture taken with my little pistol in a Charlie's Angel's pose, I bet I'll look as mean as hell

Didn't someone say drinks?

I don't see where the conflict started in the first posts. JG, he didn't seem to be rude. It's easy to 'read in' on forums, e-mail, etc., so give the benefit of the doubt. I've been advised to do a search, took no offense.

Now can't we all just get along?

I might not be very good, but I'm fun to watch.

I can see how JG found some of the comments a little harsh, it depends on whether you think they were aimed at him or not...

I think most comments have been about good forum etiquette and not directed at one person in particular...

The trouble with the type of thread originally posted is it is likely that it will have 3 types of response...

1. Get a raptor
2. get a caliber
3. dont get either get a century

All based on peoples single useage of that machine...

JG rightly asked in his second post for responses from people who have flown both...

This is a much harder thing to find in the searches, and as such may indeed yield him a better response...

Lets be honest here tho, if we flamed everyone that failed to use the search function (or more often failed to read the manual) then this place would break out into all out war...

The point here is we are debating a subject giving our opinions to a question that was asked, and whether anyone believes those opinions are right or wrong, RESPECT THE PERSONS RIGHT TO AIR THEM....

Just like I stated above, yes people should use the search function, but they also have the right to post a question unmolested... those of us that can answer said question should either answer or not...

Galifrey:
Very well spoken. I appreciate your understanding.

The whole issue was that instead of recieving an answer, i had three polls created about me(825 views this one alone), a letter to Mark Ryder, 27 PM's on how to use the search feature. And I never recieved an answer to my first question.

My topic was closed before anyone could help.

You see how I could feel?

I chalk it up to learning, and had a great time debating with everyone..

But I am back to normal now. No more cynical satire.

Except for my profile. Next time i will search.

Hey JG-Heli,

I took a look at your profile, do you obsess much, obsess much, obsess much, obsess much. You know I've heard they have medication that will help with that, but your on your own with that winning personality.

Where do you find time for the hobby, it looks like your full time job is making obnoxious little signs.
