e-Electric Batteries & Chargers > 7.2v lipo receiver pack voltage readings

I just started using lipos for my receiver with a 5.1 regulator. I have a Triton charger that is good for lipos. After the charge ends within about 4-5 minutes the battery voltage drops to about 8.1-8.08. It never reaches 8.4, and the next morning the voltage is 8.04-8.05 and remains there consistantly. Is this pack actually full. My charger never shows the voltage getting to 8.4 the highest it goes is 8.2 on the charger when it goes the constant voltage mode and this does take time to finally end. The charger slowly drops the amps as it nears the end of the cycle. I have cycled the new battery several times and am missing about 600mah on a discharge to 3 v per sell. The pack is a 3200 mah pack and I have been discharging at 2 amps to simulate the conditions my battery will endure with a 90 sized heli. I have heard 3v per sell is not completely discharging the sell but is a safety margin to not kill the battery. This may be why I am missing some mah on the discharge and the pack is new.
For those out there using lipo's, can you measure your pack the next day or shortly after charging and tell me what voltage you are reading.
