$25 pre-rigister but what would be the registration at the field? Same price or different?

Just a question. Count me in for at least Saturday and Sunday. Friday is in question but I'm working on it.

If you have to choose, go Saturday.

Friday is for setup and open flying. Saturday has most of the events, the vendors are all setup, noon-time demos, night flying, etc. Sunday has a few more events, usually drags, raffle, prizes, awards, then everybody's outta there by 5 pm. At least, that's what I remember from last time.

Lot's of fun....

Cn,

It is a good time. You have to register to even fly at the event. AMA rules will apply.
If you can hover there should be a novice event for you. Lot's of pad hopping and just basic control type stuff. You will have a blast. Who know's you may even win. I got 2nd at my first fun fly last year in the novice bracket. We had to do a pad hop (move the heli from one piece of wood to another and land), bottle knock over (tip over a 1L bottle with the heli in a hover) and a 1 minute timed stationary hover.

Come on down and spend the weekend. You won't regret it. Lot's of good help with your heli also.

Do your best

You can register the day of the event. That way you are not out any $$ if you can't make it. Family first IMO.
I brought my kids (5 and 4 at the time) to the first one. They had a good time but it was a small local event.
I have not been to this one yet so I can't say what the atmosphere would be like for the kids..

See ya there.
