Hi,
I am ready to buy TP8000 4S4P for my logo10 and a charger;
But still hesitate : Astro 109 or Shulze ISL 6-330d ?
Fiability and security, that is what I want.

Please help me for the choice with your experience.

Well, The Astro can pump with 8 Amps. So you’re TP will be full in an hour (1C). The schulze charges with 5.5 Amp max, that will take a half hour more to pump it full. If you’re only going to charge Lipo’s with it, I would go for the Astro. Otherwise go for the Schulze, it’s a great charger and charges everything (And is upgradeable for new types of batteries).

the Orbit series (orbitronic.de) will charge
multiple chemistries and will charge to 6A
or 8A (the Pro model).

Thanks two of us, I don't need to charge NiCd or NiMh cause I have a good JR charger for them.So it is only for my new LiPo.
Astro 109 is sheaper and can charge at 8amp it seem to be the best for me.
About TP8000 4S4P actually for 5C discharge is it true to wait May to have new Thunder Power Battery at 10C discharge?
Then I just need a TP6000 4S3P for my Logo10 Hacker B50-15L which need 35amp.

Schultz

Schultz is a better charger and they support and upgrade the program as tehcnology changes. You merely buy a $25.00 chip.

Once you buy Astro, you are on your own. They always want to sell you another one making the old one obsolete.

Ok, schulze ISL 6-330d seem to be best, I didn't find somebody disappointed with this charger and about Astro109 I didn't find a lot of informations cause nobody use this one!?
