| I purchased a new Phoenix 10 from HeliHobby a few months ago. When I went to hook the battery to it...it went up in smoke. All connections were correct and I never even moved the throttle. I found a wire on the controller that was not attached and it had shorted. The only thing holding the wire to the board was the heatshrink. I contacted HeliHobby and they told me to send it back and they would replace it. I did. I waited weeks and never heard anything from them, so I contacted them. They said they could not find it and must not have ever received it. (They were in the process of moving) They were not willing to do anything without the controller that they lost, and I had thrown the USPS tracking number away, so I was out of luck. I had a Hacker controller that did not have all the featurers, but I started using it because I did not want to spend any more money. A few weeks later I decided I should let Castle Creations know of the problem I had just for their own knowledge. I told them the whole story and my set-up and without me even asking they are sending a replacement. I can't say how they work yet, but I like the way they do business. I think too many companies are ready to stick it to us and I think they deserve a pat on the back for good customer service. I know I would give them a bad wrap if they stuck it to me, so I feel it is only fair to say "good job" when they go above and beyond. I am not looking for ideas or reasons, I just want everyone to know that Castle Creations cares about customer satisfaction in a bid way.
