First, you must balance the blades. I bought a pair of neon blades and they were badly out of balance. I used a simple lever type heli blade balancer and added some clear tape to the light blade. Whala, no more vibration.

As for tracking, I painted the tip of one blade black with a sharpie so I could identify the low blade. Once I did, I set the heli facing me, nose in and turned the low blade so it was pointing at me, from that perspective, identify the swash control arm that is now on the left (connecting the swash plate to the paddle. Disconnect the ball link and screw the link a turn or two (thus shortening the control rod a little). That should bring the low blade up.

If tracking is really out of whack, you may need to shorten one and lengthen the other. Basically, you play with the lengths of the two control rods to adjust tracking.

Good Vibrations.........NOT! lol

I had the same problem even after balancing the blades, and tracking them as well. Check your main shaft with the rotor head off. Hold onto your heli and start the motor and watch the top of the shaft. Is it wobbling??? If so it's probably warped, so make a way to check the runout using a clothspin and a piece of wire, i.e., music wire or a paper clip will work fine. Attach the clothspin to the crutch and the wire to the clothspin. Place the tip of the wire where it just touches the center of the shaft at the top side. Now spin the shaft either with the motor or by hand and when it is either away from the wire to touching the wire bend it in the opposite direction with your fingers. Do this until the wire just barely touches the main shaft throughout a complete rotation. I think you'll see your vibration dissappear with this trick as long as you balanced and tracked your blades according to the manual.

Happy Hovering
