| RapidRaptor, your problem-solving strategy is a good one, but sometimes it can be misleading. One of the things that makes heli problems to hard to track down is that changing one thing usually changes a couple others.
In this case, changing the blades changed the head speed, and the higher head speed made the gyro feedback too high. It's the head speed, not the blades themselves, which caused the wag. The problem appeared as a result of the blade change, but the solution had nothing to do with the blades - just a matter of turning down the gyro gain.
Sometimes it's helpful to isolate the setup change that brought out the problem, but sometimes it's even more helpful to look at the whole system and how the variables interact.
