Hi,

I'm after a good performance motor on my logo 10, I will be using a schulze 18.46k and 12 cells.

Whats the differance between the Hacker B an C motors ?

Should I get C50-13L, B50-13L or the B50-11L as I'm only using 12 cells ?

The C motors have a different magnet that will take higher temperatures. Additionally the case has machined cooling fins.
I can't speak for the Schulze, but with the Hacker speed controls, you can not use the governor with the C motors. This is because the electrical characteristics of the magnet are different than the B series, which the Gov software is designed for.
I personally run a B50-11L with 12 cells and a Hacker 48-3 opto controller. I am planning to upgrade to Lithium polymer in the near future.

Does anyone know if this will happen to a C motor with a Schultze ESC as well?

I have a 14.86K + C50-13L...but haven't flown yet...still building.

That's what I have been using on my Logo10 for a few months now - no problems with the Shultze ESC governor - I got it to replace a Kontronik that would not start up on a fresh battery charge due to an overvoltage sense error which was really stupid since it was for 12 cells but they apparently didn't take into account the inherent overvoltage of accu's fresh off the charger. Those Germans run their specs to tight!
