The TJ Pro is mounted to the frames using stock double sided tape... same as russ..

No idea where to put that colossal GV1 amp

Nope

been too rainy and windy, and its not all together yet as waiting for some updates and a new webra engine that appears to be stuck in customs...

Went to fly yesterday (just my Brushless Combat wing) and spent some time with russ going over a few items to make sure the heli is spot on perfect for its first flight...

Fingers crossed this weekend with a spanky new webra 91 AAR

Updates rather than upgrades...

8.3 ratio for the webra, and the tail drive anti static kit...

Yes I am very lucky, he is a man I learn a great deal from, he gave me my initial lesson when I came back to helis last year after an 18 year layoff...

Does Russ prefer the TJ to the GV-1?

Which one does he use? STD or PRO?

Mag sensor

He has all 3 versions, inc a TJ Direct, but his main bird has a Pro on it (3DNT incase that was in any doubt)...

Cant see the point of the optical sensor myself after having grief with it, when the mag sensor works so godamn well...

Update...

Due to the use of the MC carb on my Webra have switched back to using a GV1 on my 3DNT...

Need the mixture control with the governor (9 point Mixture as opposed to 5 point with the extra webra box and TJ)

To mount it I double sided it to the back of the RX and then mounted it where the RX is stowed... instead of the rx on its back, it now rests on its side as does the GV1 amp..

Will post some pics later when I have charged my Digicam..
