Hey y'all. Flew my old Concept 30 this weekend for the first time in 8 years!! Wahooo! I went through her pretty thoroughly before I flew. Actually the heli was on the Whiteman stand because it had been so long since I flew. put 5 tanks of fuel through the heli. On the last tank, one of the ball links came off the roll cyclic and thanks to the Whiteman, no damage. Do you guys lubricate the ball links at all?

I hope to be off the stand in a couple weeks. I can imagine that I'd have a pretty hefty repair bill if not for the whiteman.

welcome back to the hobby! A lot has changed in 8 years I'm sure!
I never lube the ball links ot the pivot balls (sounds a lot better than "I don't lube my balls ). I try to get away with as little lube as possible as lubricants also attract dirt and dirt generates wear and tear.
