Hi Guys, I need some opinions on a good lithium charger. Right now I'll probly only be charging some 4s4p packs but want to make sure I can charger larger packs in the future. Also, should probly have one that will give me capacity and charging data.

thanks

Shulze isl6-636, or better. the 636 Tops out a 8 amps. That should be enough for "normal" charging. If you want to charge really fast, you'll need something with a higher output but be aware when charging at high amperage and fast rates, you need a powerful car battery. A standard home power supply won't work. Go here for more info.
