| At my job some may think i kiss ass but i really just tell them what they expect to hear,like yes we know the hot tub is down but if we were informed of the problem before you complained,it would have been fixed. or yess sir! i will have it up and running in two hours or so,by the way have you got $3,000 to buy the parts?
two years ago we just had a new basketball court installed (i work at a private club) and one of the members complained about a light being out in the ceiling(one light!) so we rolled out the scaffolding to replace it(35 ft. up) then he bitched cause the wheels on the scaffolding was going to mar the court, so i asked him if he had a better idea as to how we were going to replace the light. didn't say anything after that. i give at least 95% at work. not the best job in the world but it keeps me in my heli habit!
