That's too bad, mate.....

I've used both here in the states and have not had a problem with either (reliability wise)

But FedEx is considerably less expensive to use.....Example, I have shipped helis and airplane kits that I've sold weighing about 12-15 lbs to various locations in the US from my location for about $10-$11 dollars using Fed Ex.............I've priced out the same shipment with UPS at $16-$17.............same shipping location, same insurance coverage, etc..........

Never a problem with lost shipments or with packages arriving "late"......

I don't like UPS. I have ordered packages from vendors in the same state/close-by towns, both shipped the same day (one from FedEx, one from UPS). The FedEx was cheaper (and package heavier/bigger) while the UPS way took 2 days longer.

In fact, everything I get via UPS takes longer and costs more. I try to go the FedEx or USPS route if I can unless I am taking advantage of free shipping.

Someone told me FedEx and UPS are going to merge and the new company name will be FedUp.

Nice "PACKAGE"

JRMan

I had a hat made up years ago at a mall in Houston with just that.."FedUp" in the correct font and colors, but mine also had some fine print below it "..with Liberals".
