Iraq provides shelter and aid for the taliban...
news: no links can be proven...

new reason:
Iraq has weapon of mass destruction WMD
news: no wepons found or seen

new reason:
we need to free the iraqui people -- operation iraqui freedom
People of Iraq are telling us to "get out"

First set of fliers dropped in Iraq
"DO NOT destroy the OIL"

All that oil and our tax dollars are being used to pay for all this...

One more:

Sadam ordered all the oil fields set on fire before the war. The reason was to fill the skies with smoke to prevent airplanes for functioning. trenches of oil surrounded Bagdad for that same purpose.

Interesting thing is only a few wells were actually set on fire by the Iraqi army. Why? maybe they don't want to defend their country? maybe they wanted Sadam dead like all the rest of the world does?

OH, we don't want him dead. We also don't want him running any countries either. Prison is a good spot for him. but where? the US want to keep him simply to keep him quiet, sure they condem his actions publicly, but who gave him the resources to pull it off in the first place?

The oil acusations were flying around for that one too. Interesting thing is the result of the war was all oil from Iraq was banned!

Research the private companies that have contracts to build back all the weapons used in the war...

Research the private companies that are getting the contract for rebuilding Iraq...

Check the members of the board for those companies...

see how much they contributed to our Pres.

It is public knowledge.

Halburton. (sp?) is one of the main ones. Dick Cheneys former employer. it bugged me a lot at first, but not so sure now. Is it possible that Bush Cheney and others are getting ill gotten gains? yes quite possible, but to assume they would go to the lengths of starting a war for it seems a little far fetched. There are plenty of easier ways to make money if a crook in power wants to.

Agreed, i hate politicians, but its a good thing there are Republicans AND Democrats. The bickering and 44 million dollar blowjob investigations get annoying, but the presence of one party helps keeps the other from going too far.

The old saying that " power corupts, but absolute power corupts absolutely" really is true.
