I've been trying to order some equipment from CyberHeli without success. As I'm trying to order an item that is not in their online catalogue, I've been instructed to fill out the "manual order form". However, neither of my two attempts to order have got through to them (even though both orders were confirmed on the site)!

The guys at CyberHeli have been great and helpful, but I'm a little concerned as to where my order (and more specifically my credit card details) have gone.

Has anyone else experienced this with CyberHeli? Should I be worried about the whereabouts of my details? I'm not doubting CyberHeli here, as I know they have a great reputatation, but I'd like to be sure my details haven't been intercepted or something. Also, I'd obviously like my order to get through so I can get my goods

Everytime I visit the site, I am prompted with a security alert box (something to do with a certificate being issued by a company I do not "trust"), and on each page change I get a "this page contains both secure and nonsecure items" warning. Do you all get this? Could this be the problem?

Thanks.

Hi Daze,

I have been in court for the last week or so suing on a long overdued case. As such, I can only process orders every other day or 2. As our server is encrypted, even someone intercepted your order, they will only get a bunch or jibblish.

Today was my last day at court so everything will resume to normal in the morning. I also like to take this opportunity to let all those who arewaiting for an order confirmation know, I appreciate your patience.

Further, all orders have to be routed through myself now instead of going straight to order processing due to the high amount of fraud cards received. This put a lot more pressure on our response time. Again, I hope this will go away shortly as my order processing staffs start to get themselves familiar with the new inhouse verification rpocess.

Happy Chinese New Year

Hi Guys,

I also had trouble with the "Manual" order about 10 Days ago. As I am a regular coustmer I just sent them an E-mail to the main address stating what I wanted.

I got a reply from Eddie Ho stating that he would turn in the order for me using details from a previous credit card order and I got an invoice the next day.

Items arrived last Friday with no problems.

Are you guys sure that your e-mails are getting through?

Hi Awesome,

My emails are getting through - I've been chatting with Eddie. My manual order(s) do not appear to be reaching them however. I haven't ordered from them before, so I've resorted to sending my details to them in a password protected zip (with the password in a seperate email). Something's clearly not 100% with their manual ordering system.

That seems to be the case. However I'm sure Stephen will get straight onto it when he gets back. If you have not ordered B4 I recommend sticking with them and give them a try.

I'll definitely be sticking with them, cause this is only a minor "hiccup". Eddie has already been really helpful. It just means I'll have to wait a little longer for my 9CHP

Got my 9CHP there too. They even had my Tranny and reciever crystals in stock. They don't even use 35Mhz over there

My order went through on Tuesday, and my 9CHP was delivered today! How quick is that, especially when you consider it's the Chinese new year!

Unfortunately, I got hit by £21.30 of charges (VAT etc), but that's a small price to pay for this level of service and cost savings. I guess I was a bit unlucky though, 'cause most people here appear to get away without paying import charges when ordering from CyberHeli

Now where did I put that two pin to three pin (UK) plug adapter...

Daze

it depends on the value..

I paid £32 import tax and parcel farce charge when my 9zhp came in..

Minimal in the grand scheme of things really...

Got my servos after 3 days this week, excellent as usual from Stephen and the team...

Gonna get me a nice new shiny webra for my 3dnt after chinese new year...

Guess where its gonna come from
