| I recently placed an order with helihobby. Requested Priority Mail 2 to 3 day delivery. Four days later, No package and no tracking number or any indication that my order had been shipped.  I emailed them to find out if my order had been shipped. If it had not shipped, I told them to cancel the order, and if it did ship, what was the tracking number. A day later, (day 5) they sent me an email saying "it will go out today," Another two days went by (now day 7) and I finally got tracking information that it was shipped. A couple of days after that, the tracking information showed it delivered to Jasper, Texas. The thing is, I live in Erwin, Tennessee. I thought that maybe helihobby gave me the wrong tracking number, so I called the Post Office in Jasper to get more information. As it turned out, it was sent with my name and PO Box number but the wrong city.  I asked the Jasper PO to forward it to me, but they couldn't. Once again, I emailed helihobby explaining the error, and for them to cancel the order. Three days later and still no response from helihobby. Contacted the credit card company and reversed the charge. Placed the order with PMP and got my stuff in 2 days.  Needless to say, I won't ever order from helihobby again. Dee Tee and Sly's have both been recomended here. I would also recomend Dream Hobbies www.dreamhobbies.com I have ordered from them in the past and got excelent service.
