Very well done. Pics in you gallery are nice.

May I ask for some info on it? Engine size/type, Mechanics type, Graupner kit....etc.

Thanks.

It looks good. I am trying to fly my A109 but am having problems with the engine losing power, I think it is overheating. I am using the O.S. 60 WC, heim crank, large head. I also find the heli very slow to repond to control inputs. If you are using the same engine what are your needle settings? I have a Futaba 9C TX, what are you normal flight settings?
Any help would be most appreciated.

Richard,

I'm using an OS61RXN HGL and zimmerman muffler running on Wildcat 15% fuel and I don't have an overheating problem. But Its only had 6 flights so far and the hottest temp we've had in deepest Gloucestershire is approx 9deg C!! According to Martin Briggs they must be flown with the windows in to ensure a good air flow around the engine and exhaust.

The gear is JR8231 servo's on the head,JR8700G on the tail & JR591 on the throttle. TX is JR 3810ADT. I flew the mechanic's as a Uni Star pod & boom for most of last summer and the tail takes a little getting used too! Everything else seems accurate and quick enough.
If you have any questions PM me

If you had been out flying at out site last weekend you could have had a go yourselve! Don't think it would like some of those manoevres that you normally subject your models too!
