Astroflight 010 esc and Phoenix 10 esc, are they the same (just rebadged and call different)?

Nope

To my limited knowledge, the Phoenix is made by Castle Creations and features a "governor" mode to keep a constant speed as your battery voltage drops. I don't think the Astro does this.
