Assuming you may later upgrade to a collective pitch machine and re-use the ESC then the Phoenix would probably be a better choice with it's govenor mode and very soft start etc.
(even though you don't need it right now it might be worth considering the 45 rather than the 35 even though it's a little more expensive and fractionally heavier - you might welcome the extra 10A's if you do later re-use it in a slightly larger machine)
