ive replaced all the shafts and it still shakes what could it be

Maybe>>>>>>

You might want to check:
1) Head speed.
2) Blade tracking.
3) Blade balance.

More than likely if you haven't checked any of the above one of them will be the culprit.

Also make sure your fly bar and paddles measure the same length.
Makes a BIG difference.

With all the above that jet_waynger described.. Check to make sure your spindle shaft and flybar are straight, as well both paddles are parallel to each other. Also check your spindle shaft dampers, if your blade grips has lots of slops that can give you vibration problem as well.

If you have a stock plastic fan chances are its way out of balance. MY R30 fan was out and made the heli shake so bad that you had to spool it up very quickly to keep it from dancing on the skids. My conversion to a R50 came with an even worse out of balance fan. I used the Top Flight magnetic balancer and drilled half way into the underside of the fan with a 1/4" drill bit to lighten up where needed. Wow what a difference. If you have not checked your fan, do yourself a favor, you won't believe the difference.

Engine tuning can also cause this. Esp. if you are running too rich.
