I heard that FAI guys tend to fly non headlock mode during upstair aerobatic flight. With current excellent gyro system most of the guys said they don't need any revolution mixing for non headlock mode.
What is your set up for FAI?

When I had the JR 6000T gyro I wasn't using headlock in fff or actually I did, but just a tiny amount of headlock.

Since I swapped for Futaba gyro, I've been using heading lock in fff too. I'm going to tweak with this setup if weather gets even a little warmer around here some day
