We have tried one of these at our field in a few different machines but mostly in my Sceadu, the results were fairly dreadful due to vibration.
We tried mounting it in pieces of foam and making brackets but the better mounted the worse the vibration!
We downloaded to a 12v TV/video so we could watch live but interference at around 50 metres away meant total loss of picture especially when the engine was between the camera and receiver
We extended the Ariel wire on the camera/TX to drop below the model, which helped.
Extending the receiver Ariel on a pole might help, I’m looking for some connectors.
We are going to try it next in my electric model Robbe Eolo that now has some new lipo batteries.
