| Having used both Telebee 701 and GY401 (on a Raptor30) I would recommend staying away from the Telebee, unless you can get one second end for around $45.
The Telebee is not a bad gyro, but not worth $100 IMO. For that amount of money, I'd go with the Futaba GY240. It is IMO a much better choice. Also the peace of mind to fly Futaba. (Telebee has been blamed last year for its poor reliability). It would be sad to crash the heli because of the defective gyro. For that reason only I would pick the GY240 (see it as an insurance...)
If you can afford to spend around $200, then the combo GY401 with 9253 digital servo is really nice. Everyone will praise it.
