| have you seen that Robbe body?I saw one picture of a sport scale Raptor 30 fuselage that looked awesome. I really don't remember who made the body, it may have been Robbe. I saw a photograph of one briefly on the Internet and there was very little info about the body. Since then, I haven't found any more info on it but I'd like to find out how to get one!
It wasn't a true scale body and it didn't look like fiberglass body, more like the Kyosho milk bottle type scale bodies. It was a sport scale full body fuselage. I don't think it is a copy of a real heli. It was very sleek looking and I think it was under 200 bucks. I believe it was/is sold in Europe and never exported to the US.
I built a H500E Century kit and put my Raptor 60 inside it and it's flying great! It turned out pretty well but it was a ton of work. You might consider a pre-painted fuse, it's worth the extra money unless you need a custom paint job or just don't like the factory paint scheme.
You should watch out for the Raptor collective pitch lever hitting the scale canopy. It won't fit inside some scale bodies without cutting a hole in the canopy. My pitch arm comes within an 1/16" of the canopy when fully deflected and the 60 size Century body is HUGE! I would have someone confirm the Raptor 30 will fit without heavy modification to either the body or the mechs. You might ask exactly what modifications are required for fitting a R30/50 before placing an order for your scale body.
