| I had bothI used the slipper for a year.
It helps a lot if your tail likes to torque when you auto. And it makes it possible to auto without any forward motion. But, backwards autos are a little shaky.
If you make the clutch tight, then it will cause the clutch bell drag to pull away that precious reserve, so watch out.
I eventually got the split gear. I like the way it autos better, and it does not seem to drag down the reserve as much. The tail is really planted when you hit that switch.
So, ask yourself: How much do I auto?(not often = slipper)
Do I do any aerobatic autos, or want to? (if yes, then split gear) |
