| Saw off a few inches of the tail boom to make it shorter, no just kidding. I think you will find that it flies fine like it is. If you want, get a 1400 - 1800mah pack to replace your 1100. You can also do away with both tail fins, although it looks funny without them. The only real purpose of the horizontal fin is in fast forward flight and the vertical just protects the tail blades. Me personally, I would try it as it is first, then change battery if unacceptable. that shoudl be enough.
