I need to make a camera pod and am not near my copter. I need to know how many inches apart the struts are where they hit the ground and 2 inches up. Thanks.

I am assuming you want INSIDE dimentions. With no load (heli lifted) the struts are 9 inches from the inside of the first strut to inside of other strut. At two inches up from the ground it is 6 inches apart from one to the other. My measurements should be within 1/8" accuracy.
