Yet another one on Nikon Coolpix 5400. ZenoahG23 magneto ignition interference gets in to the digital camera and the (home made)camera control unit. I know this because it upsets the camera set up. I intend to adapt electronic ignition(ProSpark, Falcon or Runtronic) Has anyone done such mods to a ZenoahG23 and advise me how to go about it?

Shield and ground the entire plug wire and plug cap.
Some wood-eaters comes witha capacitor. Look for and install between your magneto and ground.
