Depending on the engine, you may be running in and out of a rich or lean spot in the engine. If you also are dropping cyclic to do a decent you are unloading the head and probably increasing the headspeed. This increase will also speed up your tail. As your tail speed increases so does it's effectiveness, thereby becoming more sensitive. Alot going on in a short amount of time. You might try lowering your gain about 10 pts and try it again, but I would say just fly it as is. Its not goin to cause you issues unless you drop, then floor it. Most aerobatic maneuvers don't do that sudden of a change and I wouldn't expect every machine/engine/radio/electronic combo to be perfect. You will always find limits, the trick is to fly so it looks like there are none. I like that, I may use that as my signature.
