just checking how everyone normally does good rolls and loops, in idle up mode or standard? do you go fast FFF, or slow, how about full collective or very little pitch with high head speed?

thanks

first loops can be done and i think best (nerves wise) done from fast fwd flight just on evevator . no need to touch the pitch just don't kill all the speed by yanking full up untill your over the top.
TRY ONE you will wonder what the dramas all about easy peesy.

yep done them, real easy, first one was actually not planed, just did a fast FF into a slight dive down the field and pulled back on the stick just to see how responsive it was and wham, it went full vertical and I said what the heck and pulled back some more and over it came. but the rolls should be easy to, but I am wondering if my servo may be shot, it seems real sluggish when I give it full aileron, on the ground I know i get plenty of control but wondering if under load it just to much for it. but iv'e been doing rolls in standard mode. now don't bash the servos I know my s148's need replaced and am in the process up upgrading.
so I am just curious as to what everyone does for good rolls, minimal pitch with high head speed and rather slow FF,or full pitch wide open throttleand FFF, or 3/4 throttle mild pitch and mild FF or just hover and flip it over, or should it make any difference??????

Rolls umm, by your name i take it your flying a concept. mine rolled fairly slow but thats not a problem it looks better but i know your first ones you want to get over quickly.
The easyest way IT WORKS FOR ME ITS MAYBE NOT RIGHT OR WRONG is to set the pitch curve to give a linnear -9 bottom stick 0 mid stick and +9 top stick.
Now FFF down wind (keeps speed on) bang on the roll, sorry apply cyclic smoothly, as you get knife edge reduce pitch to 0 through inverted use some negitive, another knife edge = 0 finnish with FFF positive.
doddle.!!
anyway about this fuel, over here we don't get coolpower heli / plank specific just coolpower. sling it in your plank go for 10% unless its really hot on that side of the pond.
HOW DARE YOU MOAN ABOUT THE PRICE OF FUEL OVER THERE!!!
were paying twice as much and petrol (gas ) is £4.00 a gallon!!!!!!!!
be good
