Hey Guys, where do you get your higher-capacity receiver packs? I have an 1800 Mah Nicd but with digital servos I only get enough juice for about 2 tanks of flying. I was looking into a Hecell 3000+ mah pack - any suggestions?

I usually make my own packs from any one of a number of reputable sources. the best link is the list at www.rcgroups.com

LiPoly's made be a way to go, I used them in my CS for 3 seasons with great results. Check out Duralite or Powerflight.

Hey CNCsheets, how big is that 4500 pack (physicaly)? I need something like that that will work in my Sceadu EVO 50 battery compartment.. could you measure it real quick?

How do NIMH work in choppers? are they OK? some people say it's better to use NICDs since heat doesn't affect them much

Some of the local guys are flying Hecell 3000 Mah packs - very cool! Anyone know wher I could find something like that? I tink they're just hi energy Nimhs..?
